Josh Rosenberg
CEO / Chairman of the Board
Josh Rosenberg is a former Executive in the Coca-Cola system for over 18 years developing his skills from merchandising, service, call center management, sales, marketing, and operational roles. Josh left in 2013 to invest and lead as CEO at Accent Food Services and developing from a single state operation to one of the largest multi-state operators in the Office Coffee Services (OCS) Industry. Over six years top line revenue, grew more than 6x’s, adding strategic acquisitions, and building a strong culture before moving to an active advisory role in 2019. Josh’s extensive C-Suite and established business network in multiple distribution channels will help him lead PLNTSOP route to market distribution of seed to finished goods.
Jeff Stebbings
Vice President of Strategic Accounts
Jeff Stebbings has over 18 years of experience in the Office Coffee Services (OCS) Industry and was one of the founding partners in TEAJA. An energetic, well-rounded, and sales-oriented manager, Jeff has built profitable businesses by establishing a loyal clientele. With his exceptionally aligned background in sales in the OCS industry, Jeff developed service supply agreements with the largest OCS providers in North America. Jeff’s role will be to continue direct activities for sales execution strategies and building relationships with key strategic accounts. He works closely with the product development team to create new product offerings. Jeff is keen on developing the sales opportunities with the CBD product lines with PLNTSOP national accounts.
Raj Teja
CSO / Board Member
Raj Teja is the co-founding partner and visionary in TEAJA and PLNTSOP. Raj has over 20 years in corporate and early stage business ventures, with extensive experience in Channel Development with multi-national companies with the likes of IBM and Rogers AT&T. In 2003, Raj joined the Amadon Real Estate Group as Director of Real Estate Development where he oversaw the development and construction of multi-family and commercial projects, site acquisition, re-zoning land use, marketing/sales and commercial leasing. Dealing with multi-chain food service Tenants (ie Starbucks etc), Raj recognized an opportunity for the home away tea market and created the TEAJA brand to start supplying organic loose-leaf tea through OCS operators to workplaces.
Troy Felix
Troy Felix has nearly two decades of business ownership, technological implementation and operational experience, most notably as the owner of Mercury Contracting Ltd., a Vancouver-based construction company specializing in custom home and commercial construction projects. Troy’s has successfully transferred his operational, system creation and project management skills to other ventures, such as designing the operational and logistical programs of TEAJA and various other companies. Troy will be overseeing the design, enhancement, implementation, reporting, and oversight of PLNTSOP operations, distribution, logistics and compliance programs.
Samaneh Badiei
Vice President of Health and Spa
Samaneh (Sam) Badiei is the founder of VAYU. Sam earned her Chartered Accountant designation with MNP and recently served as Director of Finance with the HR Macmillan Space Centre. Sam is a die-hard health enthusiast and turned her passion into an entrepreneurial goal. She worked with a team of medical doctors, pharmacologists and naturopathic doctors from the West, and herbalists and holistic practitioners from the East, to develop supplements featuring safe, bioactive ingredients that are Health Canada approved. Sam’s mission is to share this wisdom and focus the VAYU product line which will focus and be marketed for both in- spa/in-clinic usage, health practitioners, beauty salons as well as retail.

Thomas Barlow
Senior Advisor
Thomas Barlow has over 40+ years of experience in the consumer-packaged goods industry. Thomas has broad business experience including roles in senior leadership, marketing, business transformation and field operations. Thomas tenure with the Coca-Cola company including President of Coca-Cola Canada allowed him the opportunity to work in a variety of Canadian markets along with two assignments in the US. In his role as CEO and President of the Canadian Federation of Independent Grocers (4000+ members, $11B in revenue, he balanced the needs of members, supplier partners and the board to help members grow their enterprises. Thomas is a strong strategic thinker, has strong collaborative and communication skills which helps to build consensus amongst diverse groups.
Steven Nicolas
Senior Advisor
Steven Nicolas has been an industry innovator and leader his entire career. He has traveled all the world building and expanding the healthy beverage industry including building over 100 water bottling facilities in 11 different companies. Steven was founder of Alkaline 88 Water the fastest growing premier water beverage company in the US during his tenure from 2013 – 2017. As Founder of XND technologies, Steven led the company with infusing nutraceuticals, pharmaceuticals and plant driven ingredients without changing taste profile of the water beverages. As Founder of Essential Waters, Steven was the first to supply national supply agreements with the MLS, NBA, NHL and NFL sports arenas changing and leading the way water bottle beverages were marketed. Mr. Nicolas has an ability to create enormous value for companies.
Greg Sidwell
Senior Advisor
Greg Sidwell is Founder and President G & J Marketing and Sales. Greg has used his general management, marketing and innovation skills to drive business performance across a diverse range of food and beverage categories in the Vending, Office Coffee and Specialty Retail channels of trade. During the last 33 years, Greg has developed the standard for excellence in the industry through sales performance and a focus on innovation and disciplined execution. Greg leads strategy development and strategic planning across all channels of trade at G & J. He also oversees G & J’s venture scouting activities, developing and nurturing both national and geography-specific strategies and initiatives. Greg is a NAMA Certified Executive (NCE5) and currently holds the position as Chairman on the NAMA Board of Directors; NAMA is the association representing the $25 billion US convenience services industry. NAMA promotes and protects the advancement of the convenience services industry.
Mike Saliken
Mike Saliken is partner in the business group at Borden, Ladner Gervais LLP, the largest law firm in Canada. Mike provides business and legal advice to emerging markets, companies of all stages. Mike’s focus is on supporting energy, information technology, cannabis, and entheogen industry clients, in addition to working with private equity firms, investment banks and investment funds in those industries. Mike’s experience includes international and domestic licensing, financing, acquisition and go-public transactions for numerous cannabis companies, including taking National Access Cannabis Corp. public, seed and series A financings for technology, energy and cannabis companies, acting for both issuers and private equity firms.
